This isn’t another real estate seminar
Every year, real estate agents attend conferences, listen to inspiring speakers, and leave with pages of notes.
Then Monday arrives.
The same distractions return. Prospecting gets postponed. Follow-up becomes inconsistent. And the business plan gets forgotten.
This event is designed to change that.
Instead of simply listening, you'll participate in guided exercises, collaborate with other agents, and use AI to turn your goals into a practical business plan.
You leave with four things
Know your real numbers: your income goal, the closings it takes, and what your business needs to get there.
Know how much qualified pipeline your goal requires, and whether the pipeline you have can deliver it.
Create daily and weekly habits that support your production goals.
Connect with growth-minded agents who value professionalism, education, and collaboration.
The program
Six working sessions built around one goal: a pipeline big enough to support your 2027 income, and a plan you’ll actually run on Monday.
Use AI to analyze your production data, find pipeline gaps, compare prospecting systems and calculate conversion rates, so decisions rest on your numbers instead of optimism or emotion.
Work backward from your income goal to the closings, signed clients, appointments, qualified leads and conversations it takes.
Understand why fear, overwhelm, and inconsistent habits prevent agents from taking action, and learn practical strategies to overcome those barriers.
Hear from Steven Thomas about housing market trends and the outlook for the coming year.
Discover the habits, strategies, and approaches that successful REAL Broker agents are using in today's market.
Leave with measurable daily and weekly commitments and a scorecard you update weekly, review monthly and adjust quarterly.
The framework
Three reliable prospecting systems are the minimum foundation for a stable business, but three systems alone don’t guarantee success. The real objective is a qualified pipeline that’s big enough, and replenished often enough, to support your income goal.
The number of systems isn’t the goal. The size, quality and conversion potential of your pipeline is.
Step 1
Start with the outcome: your income goal, transaction goal, average commission per closing, business expenses, and the schedule and lifestyle you want. The result is a realistic production target.
Step 2
Calculate the closings, signed clients, appointments, qualified leads and conversations your goal requires, using your actual conversion rates. Where you don't have history yet, label the assumption and revisit it as real data comes in.
Step 3
Work toward a minimum of three reliable prospecting systems over time, chosen for your market, experience, skills, budget and goals. A system is measurable, repeatable, documented, and produces qualified opportunities.
Examples, not required choices.
Step 4
Regularly check whether the pipeline you have can realistically deliver your goal, accounting for lead quality, conversion probability, transaction stage and expected closing date.
Pipeline coverage
Expected closings from qualified pipeline ÷ target closings
24
closings goal

coverage
Not on pace. Time to find out why, not to hope harder.
Step 5
When the pipeline falls short, diagnose why before adding a lead source: activity, conversion, follow-up, lead quality, appointment volume, consistency, or overdependence on one source. Improve or scale what you have first; add systems when the data says you need them.
Your 2027 rhythm
Nobody adds a system just because a new quarter starts. Every major decision is backed by performance data, your resources, and what your pipeline actually needs.
Update your scorecard weekly, review it monthly, and make bigger strategic adjustments quarterly.
Q1
Set production goals, calculate pipeline requirements, audit your lead sources, and pick the primary system to improve or build.
Q2
Improve conversion and follow-up, measure your primary system, and develop another system when the data justifies it.
Q3
Work toward at least three reliable systems and check whether your combined pipeline supports your goals.
Q4
Analyze the year, strengthen what works, cut what doesn't, and build next year's plan.
60%
Put about 60% of your planned prospecting and system-building time into your current priority system. Use the rest to maintain your other systems, nurture leads and test what’s next. Concentrated execution, without neglecting your clients or active transactions.
This framework runs through the whole day: the training, the workbook, the AI exercises, the roundtables and your accountability afterward.

Confidential
Some agents come to plan a bigger year. Some come because they’re asking bigger questions: about their split, their support, and whether their current setup can take them where they want to go.
If that’s you, Felix is glad to talk it through one-on-one. The conversation is confidential, there’s no pitch, and you’ll leave with a clearer picture either way.
